These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dabwell.com, including browsing the website, creating an account, placing an order, contacting support, or purchasing products from us.

By using Dabwell.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use this website or purchase products from us.

1. Adult Use Only

Dabwell.com is intended only for adults who are legally permitted to view, purchase, possess, and use the products offered on this website.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you represent and agree that:

• You are at least 21 years of age or the legal age required in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are legally allowed to purchase and receive the products ordered.
• You are not purchasing products for resale to minors.
• You will not provide false information to bypass age verification or legal restrictions.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your city, county, state, province, country, or region.

In the United States, federal law prohibits retailers from selling tobacco products to anyone under 21, and tobacco-related rules may apply to certain products depending on classification.

2. Age Verification

Dabwell reserves the right to use age verification tools, identity verification services, adult signature requirements, or other methods to confirm that customers are legally eligible to purchase products from us.

We may refuse, cancel, or hold any order if we are unable to verify your age, identity, shipping address, or eligibility to receive the products ordered.

Certain regulated products may require additional age verification, adult signature upon delivery, or other shipping and compliance procedures. 3. Product Use and Legal Compliance

Dabwell products are intended for lawful adult use only.

You agree not to use any product purchased from Dabwell.com for any unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for understanding and following all laws, regulations, and restrictions that apply to your purchase, possession, importation, exportation, and use of any Dabwell product.

Dabwell makes no representation that products available on this website are legal in every location. Products may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where we believe shipment, sale, or delivery may violate applicable law, carrier rules, or company policy.

4. No Medical, Health, or Therapeutic Claims

Products sold on Dabwell.com are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Any product descriptions, marketing materials, blog content, or website content are provided for general informational purposes only and should not be considered medical, health, legal, or professional advice.

5. Website Account

You may be able to create an account on Dabwell.com. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, appear fraudulent, violate these Terms, or are used in a way that may harm Dabwell, other customers, or third parties.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order on Dabwell.com does not guarantee acceptance of that order.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, limit, or hold any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product availability
• Pricing or product listing errors
• Suspected fraud
• Payment issues
• Age verification failure
• Incorrect customer information
• Shipping restrictions
• Regulatory concerns
• Carrier limitations
• Orders placed in violation of these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method unless otherwise prohibited by law or payment processor rules.

7. Product Availability and Pricing

Product availability, descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications may change at any time without notice.

We do our best to display accurate product information, but we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, prices, or availability details are complete, current, or error-free.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order, even if the order has already been placed.

8. Payment

All payments must be made using the payment methods available at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• The billing information you provide is accurate.
• You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the full order amount, including product cost, shipping, taxes, and any applicable fees.

We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Shipping

Dabwell currently ships to customers in the United States and Europe.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

All orders are shipped using UPS. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after the order has shipped.

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Dabwell does not currently offer free shipping or expedited shipping.

A signature may be required upon delivery.

Dabwell does not ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses, FPO addresses, or military addresses.

Your order may be delayed or canceled due to carrier restrictions, customs review, regulatory limitations, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, or other factors outside our control.

10. International Orders

For orders shipped to Europe, you are responsible for ensuring that the products you purchase may be legally imported, possessed, and used in your country or region.

International orders may be subject to customs review, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.

Dabwell is not responsible for customs delays, seizures, holds, refused deliveries, import restrictions, or additional fees imposed by customs authorities, carriers, or government agencies.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for products that are used, damaged after delivery, altered, missing parts, returned outside the allowed return window, or otherwise ineligible under our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the issue was caused by an error on our end.

12. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@Dabwell.com.

You must include your order number, a description of the issue, photos of the damaged product, photos of the shipping box, and photos of the packaging.

If the damage was caused by an issue on Dabwell’s end, we will work with you to resolve the issue. If the damage occurred during shipping, the claim may need to be handled through UPS and/or shipping insurance.

13. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Dabwell is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by UPS.

If a package is lost, stolen, or marked delivered but not received, you must contact UPS directly to begin a claim or investigation.

Dabwell may assist where possible, but the customer is responsible for working with the carrier on lost or stolen package claims.

14. Incorrect Address and Returned Packages

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Shipping addresses may be updated within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.

If a package is returned to Dabwell because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or any issue not caused by Dabwell, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

If the issue was caused by an error on our end, Dabwell will cover the cost to reship the order.

15. Lithium Battery and Electronic Product Safety

Some Dabwell products may contain lithium batteries, electronic components, heating elements, chargers, or other device-related components.

You agree to use all products safely, responsibly, and according to any instructions provided.

You should not:

• Use damaged batteries, chargers, or devices
• Use devices with incompatible chargers or cables
• Expose products to water, extreme heat, direct sunlight, or fire
• Disassemble, modify, puncture, crush, or tamper with batteries or electronics
• Leave charging devices unattended
• Continue using a product that overheats, swells, leaks, smells unusual, sparks, or appears damaged
• Allow children or pets to access products, batteries, packaging, or accessories

Dabwell is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper charging, improper storage, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow product instructions.

16. Intellectual Property

All content on Dabwell.com, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, product names, product designs, videos, website layout, branding, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Dabwell and BRH International Inc.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, sell, or exploit any website content without our prior written permission.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

17. User Content, Reviews, and Submissions

If you submit reviews, photos, feedback, comments, suggestions, or other content to Dabwell, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, display, reproduce, modify, publish, and share that content for business, marketing, customer service, and promotional purposes.

You agree that your submissions will not:

• Violate any law
• Infringe on another person’s rights
• Contain false, misleading, abusive, obscene, or harmful content
• Contain spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising
• Impersonate another person or company

We reserve the right to remove or edit user content at our discretion.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dabwell, BRH International Inc., and our owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of Dabwell.com, your purchase or use of products, shipping issues, delays, loss of data, loss of profits, or inability to use the website.

Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
