Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Dabwell.com, owned and operated by BRH International Inc. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and handled after purchase.

By placing an order on Dabwell.com, you agree to the terms below.

Shipping Locations

Dabwell currently ships to customers in the United States and Europe.

Please note that some products may be subject to local, state, federal, or international restrictions. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any product purchased from Dabwell.com can be legally shipped to and received in their location.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped using UPS.

Shipping options and rates are provided at the time of purchase.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after the order is placed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside of Dabwell’s control.

Shipping Rates

Dabwell does not currently offer free shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the time of purchase before you complete your order.

Expedited Shipping

Dabwell does not currently offer expedited shipping.

Signature Requirement

A signature may be required upon delivery. By placing an order, you acknowledge that someone may need to be available at the shipping address to sign for the package.

If a delivery attempt is missed or unsuccessful, the customer is responsible for working directly with UPS to arrange redelivery or pickup where available.

Address Changes

Shipping addresses may be updated within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes to the shipping address.

Incorrect Address or Returned Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order.

If a package is returned to Dabwell due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or any issue not caused by Dabwell, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

If the return or shipping issue was caused by an error on our end, Dabwell will cover the cost to reship the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Dabwell is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by UPS.

If your package is lost, stolen, or marked delivered but not received, you must contact UPS directly to begin a claim or investigation.

Dabwell may assist where possible, but the customer is responsible for working with the carrier on lost or stolen package claims.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email Support@Dabwell.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging
  • Any visible damage to the outer package

Photos are required to review damage claims.

If the damage was caused by an issue on Dabwell’s end, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

If the damage occurred during shipping, the claim may need to be handled through shipping insurance and/or UPS. In that case, shipping insurance may cover the damage according to the carrier’s claim process and applicable terms.

Lithium Battery and Electronic Product Shipping

Some Dabwell products may contain lithium batteries or electronic components. These items may be subject to shipping restrictions, handling requirements, or carrier limitations.

Because of these requirements, certain products may have limited shipping availability or may experience additional processing or transit time.

No PO Boxes or Military Addresses

Dabwell does not ship to:

  • PO Boxes
  • APO addresses
  • FPO addresses
  • Military addresses

Please provide a valid physical shipping address at checkout.

Shipping Delays

Dabwell is not responsible for shipping delays caused by UPS, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, regulatory restrictions, high-volume shipping periods, or other events outside of our control.

We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

For orders shipped to Europe, customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase are legal to import, possess, and use in their country or region.

International orders may be subject to customs review, duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless clearly stated at checkout.

Dabwell is not responsible for delays, holds, seizures, or delivery issues caused by customs agencies or local regulations.
