Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

You must request a return within 30 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Note: For hygienic reasons, used heating devices, bowls, or other components that have come into contact with concentrates cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Domestic Returns (U.S. Orders)

Email support@dabwell.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label.

Upon receipt and inspection, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Email support@dabwell.com with your order number and reason for return.

After approval, ship the item back using a trackable method. We are not responsible for lost or delayed international returns.
Refunds
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

Approved returned items: Full refund minus any original shipping costs.

Canceled orders before shipment: Full refund.

Defective products: Full refund or free replacement (your choice).

Gift returns: Refund issued to original purchaser’s payment method.
Once we receive and inspect the return, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the status of your refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or malfunctions within 1 year of purchase, contact us immediately. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, based on your preference.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
